Taiwan Smokers' Helpline
The service framework of TSH consulted from California Smokers' Helpline and is the first telephone counseling service center that employs professional counselors to help people to quit smoking in Asia.

TSH provides a toll-free number for telephone counseling of smoking cessation. Callers could obtain cessation related information and referral resource as well.
Service Hour
The Helpline operates from 9 am to 9 pm, Monday to Saturday.
The content of our service
1.
Providing the information of quit smoking: mail related information and the guide of quit smoking to callers.
2.
Quit smoking counseling: counselors stay with clients sincerely. To draw up the planning of quit smoking through helpline 0800-63-63-63, and stay with smoking-quitters to pass the endless, difficult and arduous process. Also, give positive support to strengthen their confident to quit smoking successfully.
3.
Combine medical service for fully help: If the smoking-quitters need medical help, we will ask help from medical treatment and refer to them directly.
4.
Follow up the service with continuous caring: After the end of counseling, we will follow up their condition of quit smoking in order to make sure that they can maintain their behavior .
